These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the DayMerit website and purchases made through it. DayMerit is operated by AltruPath Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
1. Store use
You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content or services for unlawful activity.
2. Product information
We work to present product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, pricing, and availability accurately. Screen settings, lighting, production tolerances, and updates can cause reasonable differences in appearance. If a material error affects an order, contact us and we will review the appropriate remedy.
3. Medical information and product boundary
The DayMerit bracelet provides a visible BLOOD THINNER cue and an optional reverse-side HELD BY LOVE message. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, a complete medical record, a tracking service, or an emergency-response service. Keep your complete medical information current and follow the advice of your healthcare professionals.
We do not guarantee that any particular person, responder, or healthcare professional will notice, interpret, or act on the bracelet in a particular way.
4. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory error, pricing error, or inability to fulfill. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and shipping information.
5. Prices, promotions, and bundles
Prices and promotions may change before an order is placed. The amount displayed and accepted at checkout governs the transaction. Bundle, free-item, or promotional offers are subject to the terms displayed with that offer and availability at the time of purchase.
6. Shipping
Our current processing times, delivery estimates, destination-specific shipping rates, and free-shipping thresholds are set out in the Shipping Policy. The shipping rate shown at checkout controls if there is any discrepancy.
7. Cancellations and address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Before fulfillment begins, we will do our best to help but cannot guarantee a change. Once fulfillment has begun, the order may no longer be cancellable. If we are still able to stop it, a $9.99 USD shipping and handling charge will be deducted and the remaining amount refunded. If it has already shipped and cannot be intercepted, the standard return policy applies.
8. Returns and refunds
Eligible returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, including the 30-calendar-day return window and applicable return-shipping rules.
9. Product Guarantee and Replacement Protection
Eligible direct purchases include the protections described in our Guarantee Terms. The 1-Year Product Guarantee addresses qualifying material or workmanship defects. Replacement Protection is a separate one-time protection per originally purchased eligible bracelet for qualifying accidental damage, loss, or theft and carries a $9.99 USD shipping and handling charge for an approved claim.
10. Intellectual property
The DayMerit name, branding, website design, text, graphics, product imagery, and other original site content are owned by or licensed to AltruPath Global LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission except where law allows.
11. Third-party services
Our store may use or link to services provided by Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, or other third parties. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DayMerit and AltruPath Global LLC are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products where such liability may lawfully be limited. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without depriving you of mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you under applicable law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect operational, product, or legal changes. The version published on this website at the time of your use or transaction applies as required by law.
